The scolding and reminders to be serious never got to him and it was near impossible to keep a smile off of his face and that trait has followed him from childhood to now. His smile and positive presence being something he was known for. Passionate- Apollo has always had a passion and love for the outdoors and animals in the world. He was always wide awake watching Animal Planet and hoping that one day he could make a difference like the people he saw on tv. His passion has driven him to where he is now, pushing himself to his limits and his heart guiding him. Thrill Seeker- He's always been a dare devil, rarely one to think twice or let fear hold him back. It's landed him in the hospital a few times and weird situations but he has no regrets in what he's done. He's always up for an adventure. People Pleaser- Despite dancing to the beat of his own drum Apollo has always wanted to make the people around him happy, bending over backwards for them just to see them smile. He is a selfless guy who wants to help anyone and everything he can, even if it means making sacrifices for himself. But if you like causing trouble up in hotel rooms And if you like having secret little rendezvous If you like to do the things you know that we shouldn't do  And if you like midnight driving with the windows down And if you like going places we can't even pronounce If you like to do whatever you've been dreaming about The second oldest and the middle child of Eden and Gordon Davis Apollo was destined to become their next star but no matter how much they tried to mold him he always broke through what they wanted, especially as he got older. When he was an infant he couldn't fight back but as he got older he threw tantrums and struggled with focusing on tasks given to him. He wasn't meant to be a model or a traditional actor, which made him a disappointment in his parents eyes and lead to them acting as if he didn't exist. Even though this hurt him Apollo found his love for nature and animals, his inability to meet his parents standards leading him to be left alone and do as he pleased. He spent hours learning about different places around the world, making lists of where he wanted to go, what he wanted to see, what animals he wanted to see and became determined that some day he would do that. He became engrossed in the world of Youtube, starting out as a viewer but eventually got his own ideas that lead him to becoming a content creator. With a few friends and equipment he suckered his parents into buying he started this career, recording his crazy antics inspired by the Crocodile Hunter and Jeff Corwin in the town he grew up in. For some reason people liked what they saw. They loved Apollo's personality and the love for nature he showed and when his parents took notice of his growing fan base they leapt into action, finding him a deal with producers to make his own show inspired by his Youtube channel. Even though it meant leaving his friends behind he threw himself into this work, being only a teen at the time but with his parents permission he started to travel the world, learning from different cultures and biologists he met to educate the public about conservation efforts and creatures they may otherwise not see. His shown ran for several years and people got to see him grow up before their eyes. He loved what he did and got to learn a lot, experiencing new cultures and creatures he thought he'd never be able to and during some of these adventures he got to learn a new side of the world. During one of his expeditions he had caught word of tourists being lost in the Australian bush and without hesitation he stopped his show and started to look, not resting until the minute the people were found. It was exciting to him, being able to truly help people like that, it lit a fire in him that he couldn't put out and for a moment he understood his oldest sister and why she did what she had. By the time Hera had blown up her career the two were practically estranged but he admired his sister and she did partially inspire him. He didn't give up his show right away but as time went on his convictions strengthened and he decided to make the career change to search and rescue, ending up in an ocean side town to join a training facility, unknown to him he was closer to Hera than ever before but knowing that he was close to his other sister, who he was practically strangers to. Even though all the siblings have each others contact information apparently their parents had broken them so far down they don't know how to communicate. Then baby, you're perfect Baby, you're perfect  I might never be the hands you put your heart in Or the arms that hold you any time you want them But that don't mean that we can't live here in the moment 'Cause I can be the one you love from time to time Family

Welcome to Tidewater!
This is a sandbox style role play that is based in a Southern Californian named Ocean City.
This town is home to a prestigious high school and university that students from all over flock to. The school is home to the best teachers in the state and hosts an eclectic variety of students from all over the world. Students have the option to live on campus and in between classes on the weekend are able to roam the town. There is always some kind of event going on. In this role play you can role play high school students, teachers, college students, and the town residents! We encourage character development and being able to follow your character through different stages of life encourages that.
This town is on the water and offers many events for every season along with the schools offering their own events as well. There are many chances to foster positive relationships between characters but this is a slice of life so drama and enemies are bound to be made!
Also, don't think your secrets are safe because there are those who patrol the tides of gossip and report all the going ons in the town gossip blog. Here everyone’s dirty laundry is presented, it’s up to the characters to believe it and do whatever they want with it.
Our members are funny and brimming with sarcasm, we look forward to our new members so we can add to the student and staff populations while further growing our characters and challenging ourselves in our writing skills.
